I believe that it is necessary to rethink the way in which the vast majority of current buildings are being built in order to adapt and design them to work in our climate

Technical Inspection of Buildings (ITE)

The Technical Inspection of Buildings (ITE) is a process regulated by Decree 187/2010, which aims to assess the state of conservation and safety of a building. The ITE is carried out in order to identify possible deficiencies or deterioration that may compromise the safety of residents or passers-by, as well as to ensure that the building meets minimum standards of habitability and maintenance.
